Today I have to be quick, I need to prepare for a two day seminar this weekend and I would like to go to sleep very early. So I will do what I call smile meditation. Sitting comfortable, eyes closed, a couple of deep cleansing breaths and then smiling. First gently, than higher and higher. Ear to ear smile, my teacher would call it. So, you are welcome to copy.
